Welcome to LuckyJaw! By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Purchase, which explain the conditions and policies that apply when you shop with us.
1. General information
LuckyJaw AB (VAT no. SE969802079001), located at Västerleden 108, 745 62 Enköping, Sweden, operates under Swedish law, and these Terms follow relevant legislation such as the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase from our online store.
2. Orders and confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email which serves only as a receipt of your order, not as a final acceptance. We reserve the right to approve or reject orders at our discretion, and in cases where we cannot fulfill the order, we will issue a full refund. Please note that orders for custom-made boards are binding and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded once production has started.
3. Payment terms
All product prices are stated in SEK and include VAT according to Swedish law, unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout. We accept a variety of secure payment options, such as credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Swish, and mobile payment services, depending on your region. Transactions may be processed in SEK, EUR, USD, or JPY, and your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
4. Delivery and shipping
We offer both standard and express delivery options, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days; however, custom-made boards may require more time. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by external shipping partners or unexpected events beyond our control.
5. Returns and refunds
Customers have the right to withdraw from standard product purchases within 14 days under Swedish law, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect. Custom-made boards are excluded from the right of withdrawal, and returns or refunds for such products are only accepted if the item is proven to be faulty. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
6. Warranty and defects
LuckyJaw offers a 1-year warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by improper use or normal wear and tear. In the case of a defect, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws.
7. Liability
LuckyJaw is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays in delivery. However, these Terms do not limit our responsibility in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or other obligations required under Swedish law.
8. Privacy policy
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more details, please refer to our full Privacy Policy available on our website.
9. Changes to the terms
LuckyJaw reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on our website, and your continued use of our services confirms your acceptance of any such changes.
