Welcome to LuckyJaw! These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) outline the rules and conditions that apply when purchasing products from our online store. By placing an order with LuckyJaw, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. General Information

• These Terms are governed by Swedish law, including but not limited to the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) and the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (Distansavtalslagen).
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to place an order.

2. Orders and Confirmation

• When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This serves as an acknowledgment but not acceptance of the order.
• LuckyJaw reserves the right to accept or reject any order. Refunds will be issued for unfulfilled orders.
• Custom-Made Products: Orders for custom-made boards are final. No changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted once production begins.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices include VAT as per Swedish law unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Transactions are conducted in SEK,EURO,DOLLAR,YEN, and currency conversion fees may apply.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• We offer standard and express shipping. Delivery times are displayed at checkout.
• Processing times are typically 3-5 business days. Custom-made boards may take longer.
• LuckyJaw is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Right of Withdrawal: Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from standard purchases under Swedish law.
• Exceptions: Custom-made boards are exempt from withdrawal rights. Returns or refunds are only permitted for defective products.
• Eligible returns must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

6. Warranty and Defects

• LuckyJaw provides a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
• Defective products will be replaced, repaired, or refunded in compliance with Swedish law.

7. Liability

LuckyJaw is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use or delivery delays. These Terms do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or other cases under Swedish law.

9. Changes to the Terms
