1. Delivery methods
We collaborate with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Our shipping options include:
Standard delivery – Reliable and affordable, available in most regions.
Express delivery – A faster option for those who need their items urgently.
International shipping – Available for selected countries, including tracking services.
2. Estimated delivery times
Delivery times depend on your location and the chosen shipping method:
Sweden: 2–5 business days (standard), 1–2 business days (express).
Europe: 5–7 business days.
Outside Europe: 7–14 business days.
Note: For custom-made boards, please allow an additional 7–10 business days for production.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The final cost will be shown at checkout.
Free shipping is available for orders above 50€.
4. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly with the courier.
5. Important information
Ensure your shipping address is accurate—LuckyJaw is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs or severe weather.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
